Ingredients
- 100g Masa Harina flour
- 150ml of boiling water
Directions
- Mix the flour and water in a bowl
- Continue to add water a little at a time until you get a smooth dough that holds its shape - Add more flour if its to sticky
- Divide the dough in to four small, even balls
- On a counter top covered in parchment paper, place the ball under another piece of parchment and press flat with a frying pan.
- The tortilla should be 10 - 12 cm and few millimeter tick
- Heat a dry frying pan over high heat
- Place the tortilla on the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side on
- Allow to cool before serving
