- 60g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 192g plain flour
- 200ml milk
- 80g starter
- 2 tsp baking powder
Directions
- mix milk, eggs and vanilla in one bowl.
- sift in dry ingredients into another bowl
- melt butter
- add starter to wet ingredients and mix
- whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until fully combined
- Stir melted butter into mixture
- Let proof fro 30 minutes
- cook on hot griddle
- Flip the pancakes once many bubble have begun to form.
- If you want to add fruit or chocolate that is best done before flipping
