Ingredients
- 250g self raisingflour
- 60g unsalted butter
- 2 TBS of caster sugar
- 4 TBS of milk
- 2 small cooking apples, grated
directions
- preheat oven to 220 Celcius
- cut butter in to cubes and keep in freezer before using.
- Sieve flour in to a bowl
- rub butter in to flour, until its like breadcrumbs.
- Add the apple and sugar and mix.
- Add the milk and mix in to a ball
- Roll out the mixture on a floured surface.
- Cut circles out with a cutter and place on greesed baking tray.
- Brush down with milk.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the oven, or until golden
- Allow to cool on a wire rack
