- 1 lb prawns
- 30 g rice wine
- 3 g salt
- 10 g rock sugar
- Minced ginger
- Green onion

Directions
- Fried ginger and green onions and scallions with the oil (0.5: 1.5: 1.5 ratio)
- When green onions turn yellow, the oil is ready for prawns
- Remove the ginger, onion and scallions, leave the oil in the pan. Add the prawns and then fry
- When the prawn is almost well cooked, add ginger and rice wine, a bowl of water, salt and rock sugar, turn the fire to small, add the lid and let it cook for 15 mins.
- Then bring to a boil and strain to make the soup clean. Stir it quickly until the juice becomes condensed. Now it’s ready to serve.
