Drömskinka (Ham of Dreams, Dream-Ham?)

Ingredients

  • 2 kg Left over Ham from holidays
  • 1 bottle Red wine
  • 0.5L Cream
  • Chili
  • Curry powder

Directions

  1. Slice ham into baking dish.
  2. Pour wine over so that it almost covers the ham.
  3. Soak for half a day or so.
  4. Add the spices.
  5. Pour over cream so that the ham is covered (you were a bit cheap on the wine, right?).
  6. Execute in oven at ~200C for 45-60 mins.

Enjoy with stomped or riced potatoes
