- 2 kg Left over Ham from holidays
- 1 bottle Red wine
- 0.5L Cream
- Chili
- Curry powder
Directions
- Slice ham into baking dish.
- Pour wine over so that it almost covers the ham.
- Soak for half a day or so.
- Add the spices.
- Pour over cream so that the ham is covered (you were a bit cheap on the wine, right?).
- Execute in oven at ~200C for 45-60 mins.
Enjoy with stomped or riced potatoes
