Ingredients
- 30g of unsalted butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 200g plain flour
- 2 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 20g of caster sugar
- 250ml of buttermilk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
- Melt butter
- Lightly Beat eggs together
- Sift flour and baking powder together
- Stir in sugar with flour till evenly mixed
- Add milk and vanilla to the eggs and lightly beat together till well blended
- Form a well in the center of the dry ingredients
- Pour the mix in to the well slowly in small additions and mix well after each addition
- Then Whisk in the butter till smooth
- Melt butter in a non stick pan over medium heat
- Put a serving in the pan
- Before flipping add any fruit, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry or Banana to each pancake then flip.
- Cook evenly on both sides
- Cook for 1-2 min till evenly brown
